- League leaders The Rockers returned to Whitehead for the second night in a row. And they were merciless as they whitewashed the Warriors 14-0 to cement their march towards the coveted League title. There were hat tricks for Captain Andy Arbuthnot, Rab Butler, Shaun McAlister, Gee Crawley and a double for Dean McDonagh.
- On the next table 2nd placed Spartans entertained Barbarians and although it started out tight an 8 frame burst secured the 3 points on the night. Best for the hosts were Michael Wilson, Stephen McWhirter and the irrepressible Stephen Johnston all with hat tricks.
- Castle stay in the hunt with an impressive 10-4 win over Whitehead Trojans, but stablemates Greenisland look like they are out of it now after going down 6-8 to the Scorpions in Whiteabbey RBL. Even a fine Joe Patton hat trick couldn't stop the Greenislander's slipping to defeat.
- Draw specialists MSC Trojans shared the points with The Cowboys, but the Trojans will be disappointed not to have taken all 3 points as they led 7-4 with 3 to play. The experienced Brian Carson won 2 of those frames much to the delight of his team mates. Chris Carson scored a hat trick for the Cowboys whilst best for Trojans was Mervyn McIlvenny with 2/2.
- HM&H stay in 5th with a convincing 10-4 win at home to Teddy Bears and well done to Jolly Beggar who won their first match of the season 8-6 away to Eastway. The win means they leapfrog Eastway in the table into 13th position.
- Alpha had a bye this week.
