- Best performance of the night was by Jonny Thompsons Scorpions. They have been a bit of a hit or miss team this season but it was a definite hit this time as they travelled down to Spartans and desevedly went away with all 3 points. In a high quality match which had 4x break and dish's (Nelson, Gingles, Thompson and McKelvey) and 1x 8 ball clearance (McKelvey), it was Thompson himself who sealed the deal with his classy break & dish in frame 14. It's a massive blow for a Spartans team hoping to defend their title.
- Rockers stay top. They put the disappointment of losing in the final of the Knock Out Cup the previous night well and truly behind them with an 11-3 thrashing of Barbarians. Captain Andy Arbuthnot scored a fine hat trick.
- MSC ousted Whitehead in the battle of the Trojans. After a tight first session, they were 4-3 up at the break but moved it up a gear to win the next 5-2, to record a 9-5 win. Jonny Mackay, Rab McMaw and Kyle Kirkwood all scored 2/2.
- Greenisland romped to a 12-2 win at Warriors to continue their assault at the top of the table. Rab McCullough consolidated his position at the top of the "Player of the Year" table with another hat trick, whilst Joe Patton also bagged 3/3
- Hit Men & Her were in party mode away to Alpha as they built upon their Knock Out Cup win the evening before with a solid 10-4 win.
Castle had a 14-0 win over Eastway and Teddy Bears had a bye.
