Scorpions consolidated their position at the top of the table with a comfortable 10-4 away win over Ballbreakers. Colin Raffertys side had an early scare though as they lost the first two frames but they were rampant for the rest of the match and are now eight points clear with only six matches remaining. Galacticos kept up their recent good run of form with an impressive 9-5 away win against Hit Men & Her, Derek Whiteside's team are now up to third spot. An exciting match unfolded in Whitehead as Trojans and Dragons battled out a 7-7 draw, the Doagh side coming from 7-3 down to earn their point. Times Tigers closed the gap on seventh placed Vikings to three points after a 9-5 home win over the Whitehead Rangers team. Last but not least Alpha looked likely to pick up their first points of the season as they led Greenisland Colts 3-1 in Rathcoole but Colts rallied strongly and came out on top by 8-6.
