After tonights action, Galacticos need just two more points from three fixtures to become 2013/2014 League Champions. They accumulated nine points from three wins over 39ERS, Warriors and title rivals the Cowboys. A 7-7 draw between Cowboys and Swift also worked to Galacticos advantage. Cowboys trailed 3-4 after the first session but won the second by the same score to earn a point. Spartans whitewashed Eastway to consolidate 4th spot whilst HM&H are 5th after a 7-7 draw away to 2nd bottom Warriors. Alpha stay bottom after a brave 5-9 defeat at home to Barbarians, session scores were 5-2, 4-3 in favour of Michael Lowrys team. Scorpions warmed up for the Home & Away Cup Final with a comfortable 10-4 (5-2, 5-2) away win at Teddy Bears, with Colin Rafferty and Davy Montgomery both scoring hat tricks. GWMSCs slump in the second half of the season continued after they lost 6-8 at home to Whitehead Trojans who were bouyed by a hat trick from 18 year old Lee Topping.
