With the Galacticos v GWMSC match postponed Swift took full advantage to go top off the table after a 9-5 home win over HM&H. The hosts trailed 3-0 but then amazingly won 8 frames on the trot to secure the 3 points. Cowboys also won comfortably to push Galacticos into 3rd spot. Scorpions still on a high after their dramatic 15-14 aggregate Home & Away Cup Semi Final victory the previous night travelled down the coast to play Whitehead Trojans and came away with all 3 points courtesy of a 9-5 win. Colin Rafferty was in fine form notching up a hat trick. 39ERS leapfrog HM&H into 5th spot after a convincing 10-4 home win against Barbarians. Session scores were 5-2, 5-2 and top scorer on the night was John McNeilly with 3/3. Spartans stay 4th after winning 10-4 (6-1, 4-3) away to Teddy Bears, Dessie Cooper and Kenny English both scoring hat tricks for the visitors.The shock of moving into the wooden spoon position last week had an immediate effect on Warriors as they won only their second match of the season with a 9-5 home result over Eastway to push Alpha back onto the bottom again.
