It's as you were for the top six teams in the table. Leaders Cowboys had a convincing 11-3 away win at Scorpions with session scores of 5-2 and 6-1. Galacticos had a similar result at Teddy Bears with Jonny Mackay and Shaun McAlister both scoring 3/3 for the visitors. Best for the hosts was the consistent Rab McMaw on 2/3. In the derby match Swift trailed 2-3 after five frames but eventually eased to a 10-4 win at home to Warriors with Paul Roberts and Tom McCorry both notching up hat tricks. Best for Warriors was Stewart Lennon on 2/3. Spartans strolled to a 13-1 home win over Alpha who had to wait to the last frame off the match to register their first score through Mark Kitson, Robert Hawkins, Stephen Johnston and Eddie Gribben all scored the maximum treble. Points were shared at Monkstown as HM&H came back from 4-7 down against GWMSC to level with the all important 14th frame going to Robert Henderson. In Rathcoole 39ERS turned on the style to record an 11-3 away win over Eastway with session scores of 6-1 and 5-2. Gary Cowan and Neil Campbell both bagged trebles on the night. And last but not least Whitehead Trojans registered another fine win, this time away to Barbarians in Greenisland. They won both sessions 4-3 with veteran cueist Stephen Hamilton scoring 3/3.
