What a day in the Nortel Social Club as Carrick B1s retained the NIPA Interleague title for the 3rd year in a row. Chairman Derek Whiteside team took the crown again after ousting Bill McIlroys Larne B2 team 17-12 in the best of 33 frame shoot out. And it was nearly an all Carrick Final, Glenn Russells lads only missing out after a dramatic final frame play off in the Semi Final.
Our 'A' Team didn't fare so well on the Sunday, missing out on group qualification and losing in the Plate 1st Round.
