Carrick & District Pool League Finals Day took place in Whitehead on Sunday 29th May. And it was triple delight for Tommy Maguire's Spartans as his players won all 3 competitions, the 3 A Sides, the Doubles and the Individual.
3 A Sides Final

1st - Nip and tuck but when Hawkins gained the advantaged he closed it out.2nd - Again very open, but McDowell took it to level at 1-1
3rd - A long double on his last colour and a double on the black gave Hawkins a 2-1 lead
4th - McDowell in control from the start and finishes well, 2-2 now
5th - A Hawkins run out with another doubled black, 3-2 he leads now
6th - Hawkins breaks dry, McDowell clears in one visit
7th - A clinical McDowell break and dish gives him the lead for the first time in the match at 4-3
8th - Hawkins breaks dry again, and again he doesn't get back to the table. McDowell on the hill now at 5-3
9th - McDowell is Carrick Individual Champion for the 2nd time as he finishes with a precise 7 ball clearance
