It's as you were at the top of the Carrick & District Pool League, Dragons, Scorpions and Trojans all won convincingly and all have the maximum nine points after three League fixtures. Dragons overcame Whitehead Vikings in Doagh by 10-4 whilst in Monkstown, Colin Rafferty's Scorpions registered the same result against Hit Men & Her. Trojans ran out 11-3 winners at home to bottom team Alpha. It was a tight affair in the Times Bar where the host team Tigers took reigning Champions Galacticos to the final frame but went down 6-8 after Mark Bowman won the all important fourteenth rack for Derek Whiteside's team. The Greenisland WMSC derby match was also very tight the hosts Ball Breakers winning the first session 4-3 and Glen Burns's Colts taking the second by the same scoreline. New signing Thomas Fleming secured the point for Colts winning the last frame of the match.
Dragon Johnny Mackay is on nine wins from nine and Trojan Stephen Hamilton on six from six.
