Scorpions 7-7 Cowboys
HM&H 7-7 Castle
Spartans 13-1 Alpha
Greenisland 5-9 Rockers
Teddy Bears 4-10 MSC Trojans
Barbarians 7-7 Whitehead Trojans

> The outside chance that Greenisland had of winning the league title was blown apart by a rampant Rockers team tonight as Andy Arbuthnots lads move to within two wins of becoming Champions.
> Spartans kept up the pressure though with a thumping 13-1 over Alpha in Whitehead with hat tricks for M.Wilson, S.Johnston and D.Lowe. Alpha's solitary frame was won by S.Willis.
> MSC Trojans topsy turvy season looked to be continuing as the trailed at Teddy Bears by 3-4 at the interval. But amazingly they won the second session 7-0 to claim all 3 points. Best on the night was the visitors Captain Rab Brown who notched up a hat trick including two fine break and dish's.
> The wise money was on a draw as HM&H entertained Castle, and thats exactly what happened in the Monkstown Social Club, both teams earning a point a piece. Castle led 6-5 with 3 to play, Ronnie Nelson evened it up for the hosts before James Meredith restored the lead for Castle but Andy McMeekin won the 14th and final frame of the match to secure a draw for Robert Henderson's team.
> Scorpions and Cowboys also shared the points in a titanic tussle in the Whiteabbey RBL, R.McMurtry winning the last frame of the match for the visitors.
> And we had yet another 7-7 draw in the Barbarians v Whitehead Trojans fixture. With the match tied at 6-6 stalwart Stephen Hamilton won to put the visitors on the hill, but it wasn't to be as Trojans Captain Gordon McCormick unfortunately potted the black mid frame against Craig Loughlin to give Michael Lowry's team a point.
> Tom Larmours Eastway overcame the Warriors in a close match by 8-6 in Rathcoole.
