Carrick & District Pool League will be holding a Hangover Cup Competition on Sunday 1st January in the Greenisland WMC. Entry is £5 per person and all proceeds will go to our Leagues nominated charity for 2011/2012, the Laurel House Cancer Unit in Antrim. Glenn Burns from the Greenisland Pool Team has very kindly pledged to add £50 on to whatever we lift on the day to go towards the Laurel House fund. We already have £100 for the fund which was lifted at our Charity Shield opening fixture of the season between Castle and Rockers. We chose this charity in memory of the late Robert Kennedy who passed away earlier this year.
Come along and have a fun day out, whilst having a great day of Pool but try not to end up with an even bigger hangover on the Tuesday !!!! :)
