Our annual 3 A Sides proved to be a very successful day yesterday (Saturday 15th January) up in the Greenisland Social Club. From the 10 teams that entered, 2 progressed to our Finals Day which is on the 29th May in Whitehead GRSC.
The trio of J.McClean (Rockers), S.Carson (Rockers), and J.Thompson (Scorpions) were solid all day long in reaching the final, beating Monkstown in a tense Semi Final. Their opponents will be the Spartan 111s trio of K.English, S.McWhirter and E.McDowell who overcame a Castle trio and a Rockers trio in 2 very exciting matches.
