A big congratulation to Carrick Interleague 'B' Team who have retained the NIPA ran Event on Saturday 19th January in the St Comgalls Club, Larne. Derek Whiteside's team topped the group before beating North Down & Ards 12-4 in the Semi Final. Awaiting them in the Final were the hosts, a very strong Larne team. But the experience of the Carrick lads came to the fore as they controlled the match before eventually running out 12-6 winners. And well done too to Rab Brown's Carrick B2 Team who reached the Final of the Plate Event losing out to North Down & Ards B1 in a tight match by 6-4.
In the 'A' event on the Sunday, Carrick were Runners Up in the Plate, losing out 5-6 in the Final to North Down & Ards.
