Barbarians then took the next 4 in a row through the consistent H.Regan, J.Regan and Captain M.Lowry (2). S.Peoples won the final frame of the first half to give some hope for the hosts who now trailed 2-5. But it was short lived, as father and son duo Hugh and Jensen Regan won frames 8 and 9 to guarantee Michael Lowry's Barbarians at least a point at 7-2 ahead. And one point was shortly turned into 3 when H.Regan secured his hat trick, the veteran from Bangor is having a fantastic season playing some of the best pool of his life. L.Ruddock stopped the rot to bring it back to 3-8 before G.Harrington registered Barbarians last point of the evening. Ruddock again and C.Webster won the last 2 frames of the match for Valkyries to give the scoreline some respectibility.
